As well as her passion for the countryside, her interests include cars, outdoor sports, horses and food and drink. She is therefore well placed to write about a wide range of topics for both print and online media.

Olivia has been interested in photography for many years, and offers a digital photography service to compliment her articles and promotional material. Specialist professional shots are provided by an associate photographer.
