All our items come in our signature box and pouch wrapped in tissue paper. At this point, we do not offer additional gift wrapping but we will do in future.
Unfortunately, once an order is in our system it is not possible to change or cancel it. However, if you contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order, we will do our best to help firstname.lastname@example.org.
In line with our corporate conscience, we produce small quantities of pieces to make sure that we do not end up with waste. When an item shows out of stock, it will be back in, typically within 6-8 weeks. You can pre-order out of stock items, so you’ll be the first to have it when we are in stock again.
On many of our items we offer pre-order to make sure that you get your hands on that coveted piece before it sells out again. Payment is taken when you order, and we will ship it to you with a notification email as soon as it comes back in.

We have a generous 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please email us at email@example.com with your order number, delivery address, name and the email address used for purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way for you to receive an exchange is to return your item to us, where you will be refunded, and then re-purchase the new item as a separate order.
We will refund the purchase price onto the same payment method that the order was purchased with, within 10 days of receiving the item.
Yes, you can purchase an e-gift card here. They are valid for a year from purchase date. To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the gift card code in the discount code box at checkout and click update.

Our jewellery does require care to keep it in pristine condition. Here is some care advice we hope you will find helpful:
Jewellery is susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals. To avoid tarnishing and damage we recommend you to remove your jewellery while exercising, bathing, swimming or applying lotions, perfumes, sprays and makeup.
Clean your jewellery with a soft lint-free cloth to avoid scratching to maintain its original beauty. Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as they contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewellery over time. With time and wear, sterling silver will become oxidised and eventually tarnish. Take care to avoid extreme humidity as it may cause tarnishing.
