All our items come in our signature box and pouch wrapped in tissue paper.  At this point, we do not offer additional gift wrapping but we will do in future.

Unfortunately, once an order is in our system it is not possible to change or cancel it. However, if you contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order, we will do our best to help hello@oliviacooper.co.uk.

In line with our corporate conscience, we produce small quantities of pieces to make sure that we do not end up with waste. When an item shows out of stock, it will be back in, typically within 6-8 weeks. You can pre-order out of stock items, so you’ll be the first to have it when we are in stock again.

On many of our items we offer pre-order to make sure that you get your hands on that coveted piece before it sells out again. Payment is taken when you order, and we will ship it to you with a notification email as soon as it comes back in.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added.  Please contact your local customs office for charges and more information before placing your order.

We have a generous 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please email us at hello@oliviacooper.co.uk with your order number, delivery address, name and the email address used for purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way for you to receive an exchange is to return your item to us, where you will be refunded, and then re-purchase the new item as a separate order.
